Sole Fillet With White Wine

Ingredients
  Sole fillets 3
  Very dry white wine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Heat butter or margarine in a 325° electric skillet.
Flour fish and brown 5 minutes on each side.
Add lemon juice and wine.
Cover and cook 5 minutes.
