Fillets Al Anglaise
|Fillets||1 Pound (About 500 Gram)|
|Lemon||1 , juiced|
|Melted butter/Margarine||50 Milliliter (About 3 Tablespoon)|
|Paprika||1⁄2 Teaspoon (About 2 Teaspoon)|
€¢ Cut fillets into individual pieces.
€¢ Roll each piece in the lemon juice and rind mixed together.
€¢ Place in a single layer in an 8 x 8-inch (20 X 20 cm) glass dish or a 9-inch (23 cm) microwave-safe pie plate.
€¢ Brush each fillet with melted butter or margarine. Sprinkle with paprika.
€¢ Cover dish with waxed paper and microwave 4 to 6 minutes at HIGH, depending on type of fish. Do not turn.
€¢ Let stand 5 minutes. Salt and pepper. Serve with butter remaining in baking dish.
