|Sole fillet||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|All purpose flour||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil||24 Ounce (1 Bottle)|
|Parsley||1 Bunch (100 gm)|
1. Wipe the fillets dry and split lengthwise. Salt and roll together. Fasten with wooden picks.
2. Dip in flour and fry 4-5 rolls at a time in deep-fat fryer or a large deep pot.
3. Place parsley on a perforated ladle and quickly dip into oil.
