Broiled Fish Fillets With Parsley Sauce
|Salad oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Frozen perch fillets||2 Pound, frozen (Two 1 Pound Packages)|
|Prepared mustard||2 Tablespoon|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Use Fresh, Frozen, Or Canned)|
Add 1 teaspoon salt and pepper to salad oil; mix.
Rub over fish.
Broil, about 4 minutes on each side, or until fillets are well browned.
Combine mustard, butter, parsley, lemon juice, and 1/2 teaspoon salt; spread 1/2 of mixture over fish.
Return fish to broiler or grill till sizzling and fish flakes easily.
