Crunchy Fried Fillets
|Frozen perch/Other fish fillets||1 Pound, thawed|
|All purpose flour||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Saltine crackers||30 , crushed|
|Vegetable oil||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Sprinkle fillets with salt, and dredge in flour.
Combine egg and water, mixing well.
Dip floured fillets in egg mixture, and coat with cracker crumbs.
Fry in hot oil (360°) over medium heat until browned.
