Breaded Fish Filets
|Whitefish fillets||16 Ounce|
|Cornflake cereal/Bran cereal||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Salt-free seasoning||To Taste|
|Evaporated skim milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
1. Divide filets into 4 servings.
2. Roll flake cereal between waxed paper until it has become fine crumbs. Sprinkle seasoning into crumbs and mix thoroughly.
3. Dip filets into milk and then into crumbs.
4. Place on a nonstick baking sheet. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Bake at 500Â° for 10 minutes. OR Broil until golden brown, turning once.
