Breaded fish fillets is a white fish recipe made with a coating of cereals. A baked fish recipe, the breaded fish fillets is simple and easy to prepare and sided with a potato salad, it makes a nutritious meal.
Ingredients
  Whitefish fillets 16 Ounce
  Cornflake cereal/Bran cereal 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt-free seasoning To Taste
  Evaporated skim milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Divide filets into 4 servings.
2. Roll flake cereal between waxed paper until it has become fine crumbs. Sprinkle seasoning into crumbs and mix thoroughly.
3. Dip filets into milk and then into crumbs.
4. Place on a nonstick baking sheet. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Bake at 500° for 10 minutes. OR Broil until golden brown, turning once.
