Ingredients
  Sole fillet 6 Ounce (1 Whole)
  Carrot 3 Ounce (Use 1 Long Slender Ones, Cooked)
  Instant chicken broth and seasoning 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Water 3 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Bread slice 1⁄2 , made into crumbs
  Tomato sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cooked green peas 1 Ounce
  Imitation butter flavor 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chopped fresh parsley 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Roll fillet of sole around center of cooked carrot so bright color shows at both ends.
Secure fish with toothpick.
Transfer to shallow ovenproof serving dish.
Combine chicken bouillon and lemon juice; pour over fish.
Top with crumbs.
Bake at 450° F. until fish is done, 10-12 minutes.
Heat tomato sauce with peas, add butter flavor, sprinkle with parsley, and serve with fish
