Fast And Fancy Fillet Of Sole
|Sole fillet||6 Ounce (1 Whole)|
|Carrot||3 Ounce (Use 1 Long Slender Ones, Cooked)|
|Instant chicken broth and seasoning||1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Bread slice||1⁄2 , made into crumbs|
|Tomato sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cooked green peas||1 Ounce|
|Imitation butter flavor||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Chopped fresh parsley||1 Tablespoon|
Roll fillet of sole around center of cooked carrot so bright color shows at both ends.
Secure fish with toothpick.
Transfer to shallow ovenproof serving dish.
Combine chicken bouillon and lemon juice; pour over fish.
Top with crumbs.
Bake at 450Â° F. until fish is done, 10-12 minutes.
Heat tomato sauce with peas, add butter flavor, sprinkle with parsley, and serve with fish
