Baked Fish Fillets is an irresistible side dish recipe. The delicious and tempting baked fish fillets is something you would never want to miss out on!
Ingredients
  Fish fillets/Sole/flounder/ red snapper 1 Pound
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Seasoned salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 3 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Medium, thinly sliced
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Tomato 1 Large, thinly sliced
  White wine 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon slices 3
Directions

Arrange fish in 8- or 9-inch-square baking dish; sprinkle with parsley, lemon juice, and salt.
Heat oil in small skillet; fry onion and garlic until limp.
Top fish with mixture, including oil from skillet.
Arrange tomato on onion mixture pour wine over all.
Bake at 350°F 30 to 35 minutes, until the fish flakes easily.
Garnish with fresh lemon slices.
