This Filipino Pork Menudo Recipe is simple and delicious.
Ingredients
  Beerwurst 2 Pound
  Pig liver 1⁄2 Pound
  Carrot 1 Cup (16 tbs), diced
  Potato 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Tamari 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon 1⁄2
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), minced
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Saucing 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Hot dog 200 Gram (4 pieces hot dog)
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Bay leaf 3
  Regular salt 1 Teaspoon (to taste)
  Green bell pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon (to taste)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. In a bowl combine pork, soy sauce, and lemon. Marinate for 60 minutes.

MAKING
2. In a pan heat oil, sauté garlic and onion.
3. Add in the marinated pork. Cook for 7 minutes.
4. Pour in tomato sauce and water, and add in the bay leaves. Boil and simmer for 60 minutes.
5. Add in the liver and hot dogs. Cook for 5 minutes.
6. Incorporate potatoes, carrots, sugar, salt, and pepper. Stir and cook for 12 minutes.

SERVING
7. Serve Pork Menudo with rice and enjoy!
