In this video, I show you how to eat Balut. In case you're not familiar with Balut, it is a fertilized duck egg with an embryo inside it which is considered a delicacy in many Asian countries. I've eaten Balut on 2 other occasions and to be honest with you, its still an acquired taste for me. Are you brave enough to give it a try?
Ingredients
  Balut 2 Medium
  Salt 1 Teaspoon (Used for boiling the eggs)
For the dipping sauce
  Sweet vinegar 1 Teaspoon
  Soy 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Take a pan and boil 2 fertilized duck eggs in water seasoned with some salt for 10 minutes.
2. Remove the eggs from the boiling water, shell them.

SERVING
3. Serve the balut with a dipping sauce.
