This very simple and very easy to make Graham Cake Pinoy Recipe style is so good you can’t possibly mess it up. I prepared this for some friends who came over and once I put this on the table, it was gone. That’s how good it was. It is sweet and fattening but it’s not going to hurt to have this once in a while. This is not really an authentic Pinoy recipe, but I thought (again) that it would be nice to share it with everybody who likes desserts. This is very similar to Pinoy recipe style crema de fruta, only, this graham cake does not have fruits and gelatin on top.
1 Box (however much you want)
Heavy whipped cream
1 Cup (16 tbs) (however much you want)
1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (however much you want)
1. In a bowl, combine the condensed milk and heavy whipping cream. Mix well.
2. In a cake pan, arrange the graham crackers in a single layer and then pour some of the milk mixture.
3. Put another layer of crackers and again pour milk mixture on top. Repeat as many layers you want finishing with the milk mixture.
4. Finally cover the top with marshmallows and sprinkle some chocolate chips. Refrigerate overnight.
Make a nice dessert for the friends coming over. Hardly requires some time to chill this while you chit chat! But the video shows all the steps to make this indulgent dessert! See the video for more! Note the audio is not there.
