Chicken Feet” is a favorite oriental ingredient and has made its way in many Asian recipes and cookbooks. As a typical Filipino food, Chicken feet can be seen in the streets of Manila and are mostly sold as a street food. This part of the chicken has little meat (with majority of the edible meat consist of the skin and tendons) but is still consumed mostly as “pulutan” (appetizer).
  Cornstarch 2 Tablespoon, diluted in 1/2 cup water
  Chicken feet 2 Pound
  Oyster sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Green onions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped finely
  Cornstarch 2 Tablespoon (Diluted In 0.5 Cup Water)
  Ginger 1 , cut into strips
  Brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Chinese black beans 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Tablespoon, minced
  Chili/Crushed red pepper 1 Tablespoon
  Water 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Cooking oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)

1. In a pan, heat the cooking oil and put-in the chicken feet. Continue frying until color turns golden brown. Set aside when done

2. On the same pan, sauté the garlic and ginger

3. Put-in the fried chicken feet, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and chinese black beans

4. Add the water and let boil. Simmer until chicken feet is tender

5. Add the sugar, chili, and green onions and mix well

6. Add the cornstarch and mix thoroughly for 3 minutes

7. Serve hot. Share and Enjoy!
