Alpine Fresh Figs

Ingredients
  Pistachio nuts 4 Ounce, chopped (100 Gram, 1 Cup)
  Light brown sugar 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Cylindrical goats cheese 1 , cut into 6 slices
  Ripe figs 6 (Fresh)
  Fig leaves/Vine leaves 6
Directions

Mix the nuts with the sugar on a plate.
Use to coat the goats' cheese slices completely.
Place in an airtight container and chill.
When ready to serve, quarter the figs.
Place a leaf on each of six individual plates.
Place a piece of the coated cheese in the centre with the four wedges of fig around.
Eat with dessert knives and forks.
