Alpine Fresh Figs
|Pistachio nuts||4 Ounce, chopped (100 Gram, 1 Cup)|
|Light brown sugar||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Cylindrical goats cheese||1 , cut into 6 slices|
|Ripe figs||6 (Fresh)|
|Fig leaves/Vine leaves||6|
Mix the nuts with the sugar on a plate.
Use to coat the goats' cheese slices completely.
Place in an airtight container and chill.
When ready to serve, quarter the figs.
Place a leaf on each of six individual plates.
Place a piece of the coated cheese in the centre with the four wedges of fig around.
Eat with dessert knives and forks.
