Fig Gratin

Ingredients
  Figs 1 Cup (16 tbs), halved (Fresh Or Dried, Soaked First)
  Whipping cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg yolks 2
  Honey 1 Teaspoon
  Sherry/White wine 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a small ovenproof dish place the figs.
2. Whip the whipping cream, egg yolks, honey and sherry together and pour over the figs.
3. Let it broil for 3-4 minutes or until browned and bubbly.
