Lemon Butter

Lemon butter is a simple to prepare spread which takes in lemon, egg yolks, sugar and butter as the chief ingredients of the recipe. Lemon butter is often used as a spread on croissants, grain bread, tarts and waffles. When kept refrigerated, lemon butter can be preserved for many days. Lemon butter is also used in the preparations of white meat, shellfishes like lobster and crab, and vegetables like cauliflower, broccoli and green peas.
