Herb Butter has a Striking taste. The butter and pepper give the Herb Butter Piquant taste. Match catch it
|Softened butter||4 Ounce|
|Finely chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Finely chopped chives||1 Tablespoon|
|Dried chervil||1 Teaspoon|
|Dried tarragon||1 Teaspoon|
|Grated shallots/Onion||1 Tablespoon|
Blend all ingredients; spoon onto sheet of waxed paper.
Shape into roll about 1/2 inch in diameter; refrigerate until ready to use.
Cut into 4 thick slices before serving.
