Herb Butter

Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (1 Stick, At Room Temperature)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped herbs/Three teaspoons dried herb 3 Tablespoon (Parsley, Tarragon, Rosemary)
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Cream the butter and beat in the lemon juice, a little at a time.
Beat in the herb and season with salt and pepper.
Chill, if desired.
