|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (1 Stick, At Room Temperature)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Finely chopped herbs/Three teaspoons dried herb||3 Tablespoon (Parsley, Tarragon, Rosemary)|
|Freshly ground pepper||To Taste|
Cream the butter and beat in the lemon juice, a little at a time.
Beat in the herb and season with salt and pepper.
Chill, if desired.
