|Orange juice||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Orange rind||4 Teaspoon|
Beat eggs in a glass bowl with sugar.
Gradually add orange juice - stir until combined.
Add orange rind and chopped butter.
Cook for 9-11 minutes on MEDIUM, stirring every 2 minutes.
Pour into clean sterilised jars.
Seal when cool and store in refrigerator.
