Lemon Butter Frosting

Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Grated lemon rind 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sweetened condensed milk 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs) (Half Can, Eagle Brand)
  Sifted icing sugar 3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
Directions

In medium size bowl, cream butter and lemon rind.
Gradually stir in half of the sweetened condensed milk.
Alternately stir in sugar and remaining milk; beat until smooth.
Gradually add lemon juice until flavour is of desired tartness; beat well.
Spread on cooled cake.
