Whole Wheat Peanut Butter Crisps

Ingredients
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Nutritional yeast 2 Tablespoon
  Peanut butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Whole wheat flour 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Soy flour 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Blend milk and peanut butter.
Add remaining ingredients.
Blend until smooth.
Toss onto floured pastry board.
Roll thin.
Cut into strips, squares or diamonds.
Arrange on oiled cookie sheet.
Prick with fork.
Bake at 350° F. for 8-10 minutes, until golden brown.
