Dill Scallops In Lemon Butter

Ingredients
  Scallops 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Dry bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 8 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Paprika 1 Dash
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Dill weed 2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Batter scallops in bread crumbs until well-coated.
Melt 4 tablespoons butter in skillet; add salt, pepper, and paprika.
Saute scallops slowly until evenly browned, about 8 minutes.
Remove scallops to a heated platter.
Add remaining butter to skillet with parsley, dill, and lemon juice.
Stir until hot, then pour over scallops.
Serve at once.
