Peanut Butter Loaf

  Dried yeast/1 cake dried yeast 1 Tablespoon
  Lukewarm milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Honey 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cold milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Peanut butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Whole wheat flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Nutritional yeast 2 Tablespoon

Soften cake or dried yeast in lukewarm milk.
Blend honey, salt and cold milk.
Stir in peanut butter and blend.
This is most easily done in blender.
Add yeast mixture, flour and nutritional yeast and beat until smooth.
Turn into 3- x 7-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350° F. for about 1 hour.
Cut and serve the following day.
