Peanut Butter

This Peanut Butter is so different from all other peanut butters that I've tasted ! Try this Peanut Butter on your sandwiches and tell me if you like them !
  Raw shelled peanuts/0.5 pound very fresh roasted peanuts in the shell or shelled and skinned / 1 to 2 cups salted peanuts 12 Ounce, blanched, baked at 350°f for 15 to 20 minutes
  Honey To Taste
  Salt To Taste
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon (If Needed)

Process the peanuts with the metal blade, 1 to 2 cups at a time, until a ball forms on the blades, about 1 to 2 minutes.
Commercially made peanut butter usually contains sugar, and you may wish to add about a tablespoon of honey.
Process until blended.
Taste, and add salt to your liking if unsalted peanuts were used.
Occasionally, the peanuts will not form a spread, even after processing for 2 minutes.
Correct by dribbling small quantities of vegetable oil in through the tube and processing until a paste is formed.
