Plum Butter

Ingredients
  Greengage plums/Damson plums 4 , pureed
  Honey 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Allspice To Taste, ground
  Nutmeg To Taste, ground
Directions

To each cup of plum pulp add 1/2 cup honey.
Add small amounts of spices.
Cook slowly until thick and clear.
Pour into hot sterilized jars.
Seal.
