Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients
  Packed brown sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Shortening 1 Cup (16 tbs), softened (or margarine)
  Eggs 2
  Peanut butter 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄3 Teaspoon
  Whole wheat flour 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Directions

Cream together brown sugar and margarine or shortening in the Bosch bowl.
Add eggs.
Cream again.
Add peanut butter, vanilla, baking soda, and salt, and mix well.
Stir in flour.
Roll into teaspoonsize balls, and place on lightly oiled baking sheets.
Press flat with a fork.
Bake in a 375°F.
Oven for 12 minutes.
NOTE: One and onehalf cups rice, barley, oat, or rye flour may be substituted for half of the whole wheat flour
