|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), softened|
|Finely minced parsley||2 Tablespoon|
|Minced basil||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Green food coloring||1 Drop|
Cream butter until light and fluffy, stir in parsley, basil, and garlic.
Press mixture through a sieve. (Not all the herbs will press through.)
Stir in food coloring, if desired.
