Peanut Butter Cookies
|Old fashioned peanut butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Maple syrup/Raw honey||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Whole wheat pastry flour||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Unrefined safflower oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sea salt||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Cream the peanut butter and the maple syrup or honey together.
Add the pastry flour and the remaining ingredients.
Drop the batter by the teaspoonful onto an oiled cookie sheet.
Flatten with a fork, dipping the fork in cold water between each cookie.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 375 Â°.
