Peanut Butter Loaf
|Salted peanuts||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Soft light brown sugar||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Peanut butter||5 Tablespoon|
|Self rising flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Milk||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
Chop the peanuts coarsely and put to one side.
Cream the sugar and peanut butter until light and flurry .
Add the flour and salt, and mix until just blended.
With the machine running, gradually add the egg and milk through the feeder tube, and mix to a soft dough.
Stir in the peanuts.
Put the mixture in a greased 8 1/2 X 4 1/2 X 2 1/2-inch pan and bakeat375 Â° F for 45 minutes.
Turn out and cool on a wire rack.
Serve sliced and buttered.
