Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Orange rind 1 Tablespoon (Leveled) (Grated rind of 1/2 orange)
  Orange juice 1 Teaspoon
  Tomato paste 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Method Cream butter on a plate with a metal spatula and work in other ingredients with seasoning to taste.
Shape and chill before serving.
