|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Orange rind||1 Tablespoon (Leveled) (Grated rind of 1/2 orange)|
|Orange juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Tomato paste||1 Teaspoon|
Method Cream butter on a plate with a metal spatula and work in other ingredients with seasoning to taste.
Shape and chill before serving.
