Creamy peanut butter | 16 Ounce | |
Semi | sweet chocolate chips | |
For jo ann's chocolate | peanut butter mug cake | |
All | purpose flour | |
Sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
Baking cocoa | 1 1/2 Tablespoon | |
Baking powder | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Salt | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
Milk | 3 Tablespoon | |
Oil | 1 1/2 Tablespoon | |
Creamy peanut butter | 1 Tablespoon |
FOR VICKIE'S BUCKEYE BROWNIES
MAKING
1.Prepare brownie mix according to package directions.
2.Take it out from the oven and let it cool.
3.Using a stand mixer, cream together powdered sugar, 1 cup butter and peanut butter.
4.Spread over cooled brownies and refrigerate for 60 minutes.
5.In a bowl, combine chocolate chips and remaining butter. Microwave for 60 seconds.
6.Spread over brownies and let it cool before serving.
SERVING
7.Serve for dessert.
FOR JO ANN'S CHOCOLATE-PEANUT BUTTER MUG CAKE
MAKING
1.In a 12 ounce heat-proof mug, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder and salt.
2.Add in the milk, oil and peanut butter; stir until smooth.
3.Microwave on high setting for 1 minute and 10 seconds.
SERVING
4.Garnish with M&M and serve.
