Chocolate chips 16 Ounce , divided (((any kind)))
Creamy peanut butter 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Powdered sugar 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Butter 2 Tablespoon , softened

Directions

GETTING READY

1. In cupcake pan, place liners and set aside.

MAKING

3. Spoon and fill the bottom of the cupcake grooves evenly with melted chocolate. Gently tap the pan on the countertop to spread evenly. Pop the pan into the freezer for 15 minutes to allow the chocolate to harden.

4. Meanwhile in a large bowl, beat together peanut butter, powdered sugar and butter.

5. Once chocolate layer hardens, spoon the peanut butter mixture over top, about 1 tablespoon per liner. Tap the pan to spread evenly. Pop the pan back into the freezer for an additional 15 minutes.

6. Melt the rest of the chocolate chips and evenly distribute it over the peanut butter mixture. Tap to fully cover the peanut butter. Freeze for another 15 minutes.
