No Bake Peanut Butter Logs

  Powdered sugar 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Crunchy peanut butter 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Crisp rice cereal 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chocolate frosting 1 Cup (16 tbs)

Combine powdered sugar and butter in a large mixing bowl, and beat with an electric mixer until smooth.
Stir in peanut butter and cereal, mixing with hands, if needed.
Shape dough into 1 1/2-x 1/2-inch logs.
Spread tops of cookies with chocolate frosting.
