1. In blender, drop almonds, cover with lid, and blend on high speed until it transforms into almond butter.
2. Scrape down sides, add salt and blend for a few seconds or until butter is of desired consistency.
3. Transfer butter into a bowl.
4. Serve almond butter with graham crackers.
Put it in an airtight container, and place it in refrigerator for later use.
You can use almond butter instead of peanut butter for preparing cookies and other desserts.
