Honey Or Maple Butter

Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vanilla 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Egg yolk 1
  Honey 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (or 1/2 cup maple or maple-blended syrup)
Directions

Whip butter until fluffy. Add vanilla and egg yolk. Add honey gradually while whipping. Store in refrigerator. Note: When making maple butter, omit the vanilla.
