Honey Or Maple Butter

|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Honey||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (or 1/2 cup maple or maple-blended syrup)|
Whip butter until fluffy. Add vanilla and egg yolk. Add honey gradually while whipping. Store in refrigerator. Note: When making maple butter, omit the vanilla.
