This week host Michelle Koen shows you a simple no cook recipe that will have you saving money and craving these chocolaty morsels. Ingredients
  Peanut butter 300 Gram (light peanut butter with 92% protein)
  Chocolate protein powder 180 Gram
  Rolled oats 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (rolled (old fashioned) oats)
  Maple syrup 4 Tablespoon (sugar free maple syrup)
  Raisin/Sultanas 1 Ounce
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients together.
2) Gradually mix in water and gather the mixture to form a ball.
3) Divide the mixture and shape into 10 bars.
4) Wrap each protein bar in a piece of aluminium foil and refrigerate until needed.

SERVING
5) Serve these protein bars as a healthy snack when desired.

Protein bars are easier to make at home than one can ever imagine. Readymade protein bars are expensive and health enthusiasts who eat a lot of them should switch to homemade protein bars, for they turn out cheaper, are free of preservatives and they are easy to make at home. Make them at your convenience and pop them in your bag while going out and enjoy it when you are hungry.
