Peanut Butter Parfait
|Brown sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs), packed|
|Milk||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|White corn syrup||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Peanut butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Vanilla ice cream||2 Tablespoon, 1 scoop|
Combine brown sugar, milk, syrup and butter in medium saucepan.
Cook over medium heat until sugar dissolves and butter melts, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat; add peanut butter.
Beat with rotary beater or mixer until smooth; cool.
Alternate layers of peanut butter sauce and ice cream in parfait glasses, beginning and ending with ice cream.
Top with peanuts.
