  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), softened
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste

MAKING
1. Cream butter, parsley, salt, fershly ground pepper and lemon juice, till it's gets fluffy

SERVING
2. Serve with beef, lamb or veal
