Ingredients
  Butter 4 Ounce (100 gram)
  Sunflower oil 120 Milliliter (8 tablespoon)
  Lecithin granules 2 Teaspoon (10 milliliter)
  Skimmed milk 30 Milliliter (2 tablespoon)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a blender container, liquidize the butter and oil together.
2. In a bowl, dissolve lecithin in milk.
3. Stir into the butter mixture and combine.
4. Chill in refrigerator to set.
