Buttered Marrow In The Microwave

Ingredients
  Marrow 1 Pound, deseeded and cut into cubes
  Water 1 Tablespoon
  Butter 1 1⁄2 Ounce
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) In a microwavable container, put together marrow, water, butter and seasoning.
2) Put the lid on and cook for 10 minutes, stirring twice while cooking.
3) Leave to stand for 5 minutes before serving.

SERVING
4) Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
