Fillets With Lemon Butter

Ingredients
  Fish fillets 1 1⁄2 Pound (Scrod Flounder, Trout, Turbot, Sole)
  Minced fresh parsley 2 Teaspoon
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Fresh lemon juice 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  White pepper To Taste
  Lemon 1⁄2
Directions

MAKING
1)Wash fillets.
2)Mince parsley and place in small saucepan with butter, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
3)Heat until butter is melted.
FINALIZING
4)Cover a broiling pan with aluminum foil.
5)Brush foil with some of melted-butter mixture.
6)Place fillets on foil, skin sides down.
7)Brush with melted-butter mixture.
8)Broil 3 1/2 to 4 inches from heat 8 to 10 minutes.
9)Cut lemon half into 3 wedges.
10)Remove fish and brush with remaining butter.
SERVING
11)Serve with lemon wedges.
