Peanut Butter Tofu Deluxe

Ingredients
  Tofu 8 Ounce (Drained)
  Peanut butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Honey 1 Tablespoon
  Banana 1
  Sunflower seeds 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Raisins 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) Into a blender, add in the tofu, peanut butter, honey, banana
2) Add in the raisin and nuts and blitz at high speed

SERVING
3) Serve the peanut butter on rice cakes, or whole wheat toast or even crackers
