Pecan Peanut Butter Cookies
|Chunky sugar free peanut butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Heavy cream||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Chopped pecans||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sugar substitute||4 Gram (4 packets)|
|Soy flour||2 Tablespoon|
|Baking powder||1 Teaspoon|
1 Preheat the oven to 375° F.
2 Lightly spray a cookie sheet with oil substitute.
3 In a bowl, mix all the ingredients.
4 Blend well.
5 Drop by teaspoonfuls on the prepared cookie sheet.
6 Bake for about 10 minutes.
7 Serve as desired.
