Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies
|Soy flour||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Sugar substitute||4 Gram (4 packets)|
|Peanut butter||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Butter||1 Teaspoon, melted|
|Heavy cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Chocolate extract||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
1 Preheat the oven to 375° F.
2 Lightly grease a cookie sheet.
3 In a bowl, sift all the dry ingredients.
4 In another bowl, combine peanut butter with the remaining ingredients.
5 Mix in to the flour mixture.
6 Stir until blended.
7 Drop by teaspoon onto the prepared cookie sheet.
8 Bake for 10-12 minutes until brown.
9 Serve as desired.
