Simple Peanut Butter Pie
|Light corn syrup/Dark corn syrup||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Eggs||3 , slightly beaten|
|Creamy peanut butter/Chunk style peanut butter||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Unbaked pastry shell||9 Inch|
Blend corn syrup, sugar, eggs, vanilla and peanut butter in a bowl.
Pour into unbaked pastry shell.
Bake in hot oven (400°F.) for 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350°F.
and bake 30 to 35 minutes longer.
(Filling should appear slightly less set in center than around edge.)
