Flavoured Butters

Ingredients
  Butter 6 Ounce, softened (175 Gram)
For garlic butter
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), crushed
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
For lemon butter
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Finely grated lemon rind 2 Teaspoon
For blue cheese butter:
  Danish blue cheese 4 Ounce, creamed (125 Gram)
  Cayenne pepper 1 Pinch
For herb butter
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped chives 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped thyme 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped tarragon 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
For lemon balm or thyme butter:
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped lemon balm/Chopped thyme 3 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl, add butter and beat until it becomes soft.
2. Add the flavoring ingredients of the flavor that you wish to make.

SERVING
3. Serve separately with different breads and snacks.
