|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Minced green onion tops||2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic/Garlic, to taste||3 Clove (15 gm), mashed|
|Minced parsley||3 Tablespoon|
1) In a bowl, add the butter and cream it till soft.
2) Whisk in the green onions, garlic, and parsley.
3) Add salt and pepper and mix thoroughly.
4) Serve over fresh bread or mince pies.
