Sauteed Scallops With Lemon Butter
|Sea scallops||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Fine dry bread crumbs||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Fresh lemon juice||3 Tablespoon|
1 Dip the scallops in the crumbs and coat well.
2 In a skillet, melt half the butter.
3 Season with salt and pepper.
4 Add in the scallops and saute gently for 8 minutes until golden brown.
5 Turn carefully for even browning.
6 In a hot serving dish, place the scallops.
7 In the same skillet, add the remining butter along with parsley, and lemon juice.
8 Heat and pour over the scallops.
9 Serve at once.
