  Shallot 1 , minced
  Parsley sprigs 5 , chopped (A Few)
Directions

MAKING
1.Combine shallot, butter, and parsley sprigs.
2.Put vinegar if desired.

SERVING
3.Use as spread or apply on sea foods.
