Strawberry Butter

Ingredients
  Fresh strawberries 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), washed and hulled
  Unsalted butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (1 Stick, At Room Temperature)
  Confectionery sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Fresh lime juice 1 Teaspoon
Directions

1. In a food processor or blender, puree the strawberries. In a medium-size bowl, with an electric mixer on high, beat the butter until creamy. Add the sugar, lime juice, and strawberry puree and continue beating until the mixture is no longer separated and is well blended. Serve with hot Portland Popovers, Banana-Nut Bread or Sally Lunn Bread.
