The taste of this very Lemon Butter recipe has played on my senses so much that I seldom consider any other recipe. It is always prepared with Fruits as the most essential ingredient. If it is an impressive Side Dish that you require, then this is the dish. A real hit every time, this Lemon Butter is not to be missed!
Ingredients
  Eggs 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Lemons juice 3 Tablespoon
  Lemons 3
  Grated lemon rind 1 Tablespoon
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) In the top of a double boiler, beat in the eggs and sugar.
2) Add in the lemon juice and rind.
3) Stand over boiling water and cook while stirring, till thickened.
4) Add in the butter and cool.
5) Transfer to a jar.
6) Refrigerate.

SERVING
7) Serve as a side with crackers or over pies.
